Delivery After processing of orders, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any seasonal items ordered, in which case we will notify you promptly ), all orders are despatched using a 5 day service to most destinations in Ireland and the UK. Delivery charges are calculated based on the
weight of the product and the destination address.

Our standard delivery costs are based on UK and Ireland sales, if you require international shipping please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to quote for international shipping. Costs will be based on your order weight and chosen destination.

Our Delivery Costs are banded in lot's of 24 items. We start at just 9.95 for your chosen combination of anything up to 24 products. Delivery charges for all orders will be calculated electronically and shown prior to online checkout.

All products, shipping and delivery costs include VAT where relevant.

Availability We have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this
promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.

We are extremely selective about who delivers our products and when. As thus we only use reputable national firms and were possible, depending upon geographic location, a representative of Pollocks Pickles will deliver your order.

Returns Policies It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products
purchased which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days
after the day following the delivery of the goods. No provision can be made for goods returned after 3 weeks from the date of postage.

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition (or the condition in which they arrived), with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging
and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for return
is as a result of an error by Pollocks Pickles.
